A NEW APPROACH TO CLEANING Leading the way - Huber Universal Services, Inc., a commercial cleaning service, brings superior cleaning with innovative communications to every clean. Like any cleaning company, we send people to clean your business. But it is how we communicate that is the difference. There are no notes left on desks, no playing phone tag, no hiding from the issue. Instead you communicate with your cleaner through the HUS Internet Portal. THE PORTAL Each client has their own area, or forum, that is only visible to that client, their cleaner(s) and Huber Universal Services Management. Clients leave messages in the secured portal, and it will send an email alert to the cleaner and place the message in the client's on-going forum. Cleaners in turn respond, as well as leave their own messages, letting you know about facility related matters. The portal streamlines communication between all parties. So, no more telephone tag. Little issues never become big concerns. Your cleaning experience just got better.
